John Kuti,

I have to admit, and this probably says something bad about me, but Prince Andrei was my favorite character the first time I read War and Peace. His boredom and intelligent weariness were definitely part of the allure for me. In addition, he has a pretty good character arc over the course of the book. He turns out to be more pragmatic and practical than he is in the early Petersburg chapters.

But, I don’t know, he just seems “cool” like you say.

I’m glad you like the Seneca. There’s much more of him coming up.
